Drivers if YOUR customers (customers that nominated you WHEN they registered or WITHIN 48 hours) book and pay with their saved card in the MyCabDriver app you will not be charged a fee. You can choose to accept the booking or offload it to another driver. If you do not respond 20 minutes before the booking is due after 2 minutes the system will offload the booking for you. So if you are busy or asleep you can rest easy knowing your customers will be looked after. You can choose pricing for bookings for your own customers.

In addition you can also receive bookings from our customers (12% fee) or from drivers who have offloaded their bookings (12% fee). Pricing is determined by the meter however for luxury sedans we charge meter +$5. We have set a minimum fare of $15 for bookings. Customers will be provided with an estimate of the fare when they book. Registered customers can pay using their saved credit card to make payment quick and easy.
