You will know when a driver has accepted the booking and you will be able to see on the map how far away they are. You will also receive a message when your driver is 2 minutes away. At least 1 hour's notice is preferred so you can get the best quality vehicle and your preferred driver. If your booking is urgent and your preferred driver does not respond quickly your booking will be passed quickly to the closest suitable taxi driver.

You will receive an estimate of the fare before you confirm the booking. Our drivers use the bus lanes wherever possible which is particularly important if you are in a hurry or rushing to catch a flight at the airport. If you are travelling to the airport in the early morning we recommend booking the night before. Your driver can be waiting for you at the airport at the prebooked area when you return. No waiting in queues. You can store your credit card securely via the app for easy payment.

We do not double our prices during busy periods like some rideshare companies. There is a booking fee of $2.50 and in NSW there is a state government levy of $1.32 per booking. We are Aussie owned and operated and we pay our taxes in Australia not the Bahamas. Support Aussie small business!
